With many countries in lockdown, it's easy to fall into a routine of not exercising and just sitting in from of a screen, but just because you're stuck indoor it doesn't mean you can't keep fit.
The whole point of the COVID-19 lockdown is to help prevent the spread of the virus, and at the same time this keeps us healthy, but if we don't keep active then our health and fitness are really going to suffer.
Below we've put together a list 5 ideas to keep you moving during the lockdown, and where possible we've included videos to help you get motivated.
GMBN Weight Exercises For Mountain Bikers
GMBN has put together this video with the lockdown in mind. It features 6 exercises to help you keep in shape that doesn't require any equipment, that's right you just workout using your own bodyweight.
Pinkbike has a whole series of Yoga videos that you can start right now at home. Again you don't need any special equipment, although if you do have a Yoga mat that might make things more comfortable.
Zwift with a smart trainer
If you're lucky enough to have a smart trainer, or you're able to get hold of one while in lockdown, then Zwift is a fantastic way to keep in shape and probably the closest you'll get to a long-distance ride.
P.E With Joe
Joe Wicks, aka The Body Coach, is holding morning exercise workouts every day through YouTube. Tune in in the morning and either take part live or when you have time. These workouts are perfect for families and very kid-friendly.
